
Go to home.PCAM.net
Fill in your email address. If you don’t know/have a password, a code will be sent to your email address. Fill in that code, and you will be transferred to your account.
On your account dashboard, you will see your account balance, address, and any recent requests.
You will also see a menu on the left-hand side. (Dashboard, Requests, Calendar and Events, Directory, Documents, Homeowner How-tos, Board Actions, FAQ’s, Help, My Profile, and Log out.)
Click on REQUESTS
You will be given 2 options:
If you want to contact the Board/Property manager, click on General
You will see your property address under property
Choose the type of request from the drop-down menu (address the board, general question, etc.)
Fill in the subject area and then provide a detailed description of your issue. You have the option of attaching a document.
The Property manager will respond to your email within ONE business day.
If you are looking to complete an ARC application, follow the prompts.
